Currently, BCPS receives the Maryland State Blueprint for Maryland's Future Concentration of Poverty (COP) Grant and works in partnership with the Y in Central Maryland to implement the Community School Initiative.

Our mission is to develop positive leadership qualities in young men.Our purpose is to build character, encourage unity, and develop self-esteem
Girl Scouts:
GSCM’s Community programs provide a special focus on self-esteem, conflict resolution, and healthy lifestyles. The goal of these programs is to develop the natural leader in each girl through activities and programs that empower them to be the captains of their own destinies.
